I noticed that ray of Dharmakara's Prayer had also deleted his WordPress blog, so at first I thought maybe something was amiss at WordPress. I've considered deleting my blog as well on MANY occasions, and most of the time I'm not sure why I haven't. Think of the quantity of "not right" speech that could be kept away from the blog-reading public. ;o) In any case I am glad you have decided to try again. I will definitely remember to "export" posts in the future, and Phil's suggestions about caching did retrieve a few posts, so I am pleased. Jeannie, you're right. It's amazing how ephemeral data really is. :P Thanks guys for the suggestions. Good luck with the new blog! If you do a Google search for your old URL. you will see some cached pages and perhaps can rescue some data that way. Good luck with the new blog!

That way you can import an old blog, or merge two, and delete the posts you no longer want. All the best in your new venture.
