If you are studying language, maybe try doing something fun in that language. If you like music from that country, try listening to music. I listen to KPop regularly and it helps me learn new words, and improve listening.

If you do something fun in that language, maybe you won’t be so tired.

Instead of memorizing, just focus on exposure. :)
