Japanese Buddhist Terms

The Jodo Shu Research Institute (JSRI) does a lot of good scholarly work over the years for Jodo Shu Buddhism, but also for Japanese Buddhism in general. I don’t think they get as much credit as they deserver for their tireless efforts for the years.

I just noticed this page containing Japanese Buddhist terms, kanji and such on their website and wanted to pass it around:

If you like researching these topics, like I do, or just want to know what Ananda was called in Japanese, now you know where to look. :)
